World Consumer Rights Day 2019


At Corbett The Baagh, we have always been forerunners in putting the ‘Customer First’.  We have been able to achieve this high degree of ‘Customization’ due to our awareness of your purpose of travel and a deep sense of gratitude for choosing us as your favorite resort in Corbett National Park.
This deep sense of understanding, makes us walk the extra mile in our efforts to chalk out a variety of ‘experiences’ for our guests during every visit.

The consumer movement observes 15th March as 'World Consumer Rights Day' each year to raise global awareness on consumer rights & needs. Celebrating this day is an opportunity to ensure that the rights of each of our consumers are protected & respected. To protect our customers is our duty! Always!

Our efforts to stand up to the expectations and beyond of our customers has won us many accolades and appreciation of our guests over the past 2 years. Based on the amazing reviews we received over the past months, we recently won the coveted ‘TripAdvisor award for Top 25 Hotels For Families Across India’.

As leaders in the hospitality trade, we are always wary of the rights of each of our customers and do our best to protect the interests of theirs; that however doesn’t stop us from being responsible citizens who champion the cause of ‘sustainable tourism’ and we hand-hold each of our guests in our combined efforts  to ‘reduce, reuse & recycle’.

As a resort we have tremendous respect and sense of owning for the Kumaon region and its people, who form a very large part of our team. Traditionally the Kumauni’s are hardworking, honest and their tales of  bravery over the centuries in the battlefield are well-known. The Kumauni’s are equally adept in the craft of cookery.
